Hoover Family Festival is the newest Family Festival retail concept that is scheduled for completion in 2012. Located at the intersection of Brocks Gap Parkway and Stadium Trace Parkway in Hoover, Alabama, this center will feature family friendly retail tenants built around two youth-sized baseball fields and two children’s play areas. Bruster’s Ice Cream, Nathan’s Hot Dogs, Hoover Sporting Goods, CJ’s Sports Cards, Hit and Run Sports Academy and Red Cat Coffee have all committed to the project. The site is 1/4 mile from Hoover High School and Regions Park Stadium, home of the Birmingham Barons Minor League baseball team.
